Inspection App

The Inspection Time App allows managing the routine inspections for the properties. The mobile app and the Inspections page on the web app are directly tied to each other, and they need to be used together to generated condition reports.

Inspection Time mobile app

Inspection Time mobile app allows creating inspections and managing the condition of the property.

From the Main Page you can choose a property to see its inspections or create a new inspection.

Settings

To filter the list of properties based on a status or date, click Settings on the right top corner, as it’s shown on the picture on the side.

Inspection Status

If you want to filter inspection properties according to their status, choose one of the status options such as Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, or All.

Property’s Calendar

The Calendar section allows choosing the date when the inspection was done.

Creation of inspections

To create a new inspection you need to add the address of the property, and the date/time scheduled for the inspection.

You can choose to make the inspection now or schedule it to a future date.

You can upload pictures for the selected category as Bedrooms/Bathrooms or Kitchen/Lounge, add comments about your inspection and save it once are done.

List of properties

The List of Properties consists of all the rental properties in our system. They are filtered by the Landlord or by the Address. Here you can find the history of the inspections.

Inspections page on Twigtech Pro

This page brings all the information of the inspections that were created using the mobile app. Here, the user can get info about the status of the inspection, property address and landlord details. Also, the user can see when the inspection was done or for when it’s scheduled for, and evaluate the condition of the property by looking at the uploaded images from the inspection, editing pictures or notes as needed.

Once the user finalises the inspection details, he/she can generate the inspection report pdf with all the pictures and details of the inspection, and easily send this report to the landlord.
