Add Receipt


Add Receipt option allows us to create transactions that represent incoming funds to our Trust Account.

The creation of a receipt includes steps as:

  • Date – The date of a receipt transaction.
  • Type – There you can choose a transferring party who is going to generate the receipt payment. It can be Tenant, Sale property, or Miscellaneous.

    If choosing the Tenant type in the receipt creation, you can generate a receipt for the tenant’s rent or bond. Also, you can create a receipt directly from the tenant to a creditor or the landlord.
    Rent receipts are made to cover the monthly rent for the tenant. However, Landlord receipts represent any other money the tenant sends to the landlord. For example, it can be for paying expenses for something the tenant broke in the house.

    The Sale type of receipt transaction allows paying for the advertising fees or the sale deposit.

    The Miscellaneous type of receipt transaction is used to add extra receipts. This type is made for the circumstances when the payer isn’t registered in our system, so you can fill the payer field manually.
  • Notes – Any notes the user wants to put as an extra description for this receipt.

    To complete the receipt creation, click on the Save.
